Quality policy

The company quality policy aims, as far as possible, to pursue the total satisfaction of the Customer and the final consumer. The key points on which you intend to invest are:

  • FOCUS ON CUSTOMERS (satisfaction of requests, product specifications, analysis of turnover, communications, etc.);
  • ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY (adoption of integrated production regulations, energy saving, etc.);
  • SUSTAINABILITY (work in compliance with local needs, personnel, suppliers, etc. ..);
  • ETHICS AND RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS STAFF (compliance with employment contracts, timetables, personnel needs, internal communication and training, disclosure of this document and posting on the notice board, etc.);
  • CONSOLIDATION OF THEIR PRODUCT TYPES IN TERMS OF HEALTH, QUALITY, LEGALITY AND ANY SPECIFIC PRIVATE OR INTERNATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS AND / OR SPECIFICATIONS (system review and assessment of business needs, objectives, continuous improvement, etc.);
  • INCREASE OF THE SAFETY MEASURES OF THE SITE AND OF THE MONITORING MEASURES TO PREVENT INTENTIONAL CONTAMINATION (review of construction standards, staff training, internal control, etc.);
  • MORE CONTROL and MONITORING of SUPPLIERS, IN PARTICULAR OF PRODUCTS, to assess their vulnerability regarding the potential risk of adulteration and / or substitution of raw materials
  • RESPECT FOR THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE COMMERCIALIZED RAW MATERIALS, that is, the regulations governing the ownership of brands and varieties
  • DIFFUSION OF THE FOOD SAFETY CULTURE (the food safety culture – dissemination of the company policy to all employees, specific and measurable objectives, specific training, etc ….)
